Share your project & purpose
Tell us about your company, valve requirements, evaluation objectives, preferred dates, visitors and language needs. If you have a supplier audit checklist, share it in advance.

Agree the itinerary
We coordinate with the manufacturer to confirm the relevant site, technical contacts, available areas and proposed schedule. Travel arrangements and any additional support are agreed separately.

Visit & discuss
The confirmed programme may include a technical meeting, selected workshops and inspection or testing facilities. Any demonstration or witnessed test must be arranged separately for the relevant products.

Follow up on the details
After the visit, we coordinate outstanding technical questions, requested documents and the next quotation or qualification steps.

- A visit request is not a confirmed booking. Please wait for written confirmation of the site, date and programme before making travel arrangements.
- Access to production areas, photography and document disclosure follow the manufacturer’s safety, confidentiality and operating requirements.
- Testing demonstrations, witnessed inspections, interpretation, transport and accommodation are subject to separate confirmation. They are not automatically included.
- A factory visit does not replace product certification, an agreed inspection plan or order-specific technical approval.
